Subject: I could not be more pleased with the service we received from Casco Bay and the delivery company.

Our couch arrived on 3/23. We have been enjoying since then. The delivery service performed as promised. I could not be more pleased with the service we received either from Casco Bay Furniture or D&D delivery. It took awhile to get on the road once the delivery service received it but it’s understandable given the circumstances this year and that they had to put together a full tractor trailer load.The Echo Blue Marlin is fantastic. It is exactly the shade of blue we were hoping for. The couch already looks like it has been here and sat on for a while. That is a compliment. It looks soft and nicely worn in, not stiff. The cushions are right. Thanks again for the wonderful service we received in the planning stages. It was well worth it and we appreciated the personal involvement from both of you.
